Livelihood Support for Disabled Women
We supported a physically challenged woman by helping her set up a fruit and vegetable shop, empowering her to earn a stable income and live independently. This initiative is part of our mission to uplift underprivileged individuals by providing sustainable livelihood opportunities and restoring dignity through self-reliance.
During the peak of summer, our organization launched a public service initiative by placing clay pots filled with clean drinking water at various public locations. These pots are regularly refilled to ensure continuous access to cool, safe water for pedestrians, laborers, and anyone in need. This effort not only provides physical relief during scorching heat but also promotes the traditional, eco-friendly method of water storage. Through this simple yet impactful initiative, we aim to show that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in community well-being.
Krupa Welfare proudly organized an awareness campaign titled “Empower Abilities: Know Your Rights” to educate individuals with disabilities, their families, and the community about the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Act, 2022. The event focused on spreading knowledge about the legal rights, entitlements, and protections available under the law, aiming to empower people to advocate for inclusion, accessibility, and equal opportunities.
Under the guidance of Krupa Welfare and Development Society, a meaningful initiative was carried out in a government Anganwadi school located in a tribal area. As part of our ongoing commitment to child welfare and rural development, we distributed plates, glasses, and water bottles to the young children. This small act of support aims to inspire better hygiene practices and enhance their daily nourishment routines. Through such efforts, we continue to bring hope and dignity to underserved communities, one step at a time.
